This is a great show! It is for adults-not kids! They talk sports, latest news topics, current events, pop culture! You can listen (like I do mostly, via podcast form) or watch on YouTube! John ‘Jamingo’ is a self proclaimed ‘boomer’ while The Duchess is ‘gen-x’ gal. They discuss topics-sometimes they disagree, and drama ensues, which makes for a good laugh. They keep me informed on news topics and when I work, they keep me company on my night shift. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for a duo that has great chemistry and an even better banter! They just did their 400th episode! Congrats John and Duchess!

As a member of the boomer generation, y'all bring back memories that are hilarious! Many things you put a spin on remind me of the years growing up in Alabama. Hilarious and I don't miss an episode! That goes for Brand X too!

Great podcast! It's consistently hilarious and packed with unexpected twists and turns. From outlandish fantasies featuring Mike Rowe to ridiculous scenarios involving the Virgin Mary, John Jamingo and the Duchess have a unique ability to keep the audience engaged and laughing out loud. The sheer unpredictability is what sets this podcast apart; you never know what outrageous situation or witty insult they're going to unleash in the next episode, and that's exactly what makes it so addictive.

Lots of people cover politics and social issues, but John and Kate do it in a way that it's not an echo chamber. They share a lot of the same views, but they aren't afraid to disagree with each other, which is a breath of fresh air. With as serious the topics may be, they still can be silly and entertaining. The listener interaction, topics and John and Kate's natural charm, this show is definitely worth the listen.

I think the podcast is hilarious. John Jamingo is basically me five years in the future. The only difference is I don't have a duchess to keep me on track. This show is one of the ones I never miss, and frankly I have amazing taste so you should very much be impressed by that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today, we took a fat dab of some Grape Papa, and decided to take a journey down a completely different rabbit hole to chronicle the deep lore of *The Boomer Bunker*. When you peel back the layers and strip away the surface, you realize John Jamingo and the Duchess aren't just hosts—they are basically the ultimate resistance fighters holding the line against watered-down takes and safe comedy. In a universe where everyone else is willingly surrendering to comfortable fictions and the "wallification" of society, the Bunker is out here blowing the doors off the news, sports, and pop culture with raw opinions, sharp humor, and absolutely zero apologies. But you can't properly dissect the Bunker's mythology without talking about their sanctuary and its legendary guardian: the Discord Jesus, the enigmatic marshmallow. The lore of this community is incredibly dense, navigating everything from political chaos to viral nonsense, proving that no topic is off-limits and no feelings are spared. If you are ready to stop consuming safe, programmed content and actually break into the real world, you need to grab a drink, strap in, and become a bunker dweller every Monday and Thursday night. The lore here is absolutely goated with the sauce. I've been Cody, I've been Javier... we are still guys, and we *highly* recommend this podcast!

I am leaving a 5-star review, but honestly, every single star is dedicated to the Duchess. She is the absolute voice of reason and the only thing holding this chaotic show together. Even when her camera is acting up and freezing, she powers through it with grace, and her laugh is the best part of the show. She deserves an award for having to put up with her co-host.John Jamingo, on the other hand, is a different story. He constantly refers to himself as the "best-kept secret in podcasting," and frankly, between his endless complaining, his heavy South Jersey accent, and the horrifying fact that he casually admits to recording the show without wearing pants, he is completely exhausting. Thank goodness the Duchess and Producer Mike are there to balance him out. Tune in for the chaos, but definitely stay for the Duchess.

Listening to the Boomer Bunker over the past several months has given me an increased sense of confidence that I’ve lacked , since listening I’ve lost not only my lisp but my hump. It’s given me what native Americans call “ehozin” a holy thinking for balance and harmony within the natural order. That’s what hosts John and the Duchess bring, a sense of “ehozin”. John with his elevator stories and Duchess with her naivety towards the “moon landing”. Engage your “ntsahakees” or spiritual clarity and awareness and listen to the Boomer Bunker. Don’t be a puss.

This show is really funny and I like the boomer views!

Watching these 2 fossils stumble and stammer while the loading circle appears on their foreheads is as addictive as a kerosene enema. It’s like Statler and Waldorf discussing things Twitter has already moved on from while having technical difficulties. Yet, I’m there every episode. My download of this show is like rounding up at the cash register for handicap kids. It’s not much, but I feel better doing it.
